Dunbar Student Lawyer Club
Our purpose is to encourage students to view the law as a positive force in the community by establishing a forum for discussions and by providing opportunities to see the legal system in operation.

Club Initiatives we have/had for this school year include:
- Teacher Supply Update for Third Floor Lounge - updated the teachers' supplies in the 3rd floor lounge enabling teachers to use various supplies to accompany printing in the lounge
- Richard Bangura Mural Update - our beloved 1st academy president, who was killed one week before heading to Temple University, was honored with a mural at 25 K. ST. NE. However, the mural does not include any information on Richard for people who do not know him. The club wanted to include a QR Code and other items to help update his mural.
- LPP Academy Senior Scholarship - we will begin fundraising to help fund a $1,500 scholarship for ONE Dunbar LPP Academy senior majoring in political science. This scholarship is named after Richard Bangura, our 1st president.
